  • CSS Profile
    • Apply online using school code 4704.
    • If your parents are divorced, separated, or were never married, each parent will need to provide CSS Profile information separately, using individual login credentials. We recommend that the student and the custodial parent complete the CSS Profile first.
    • If you do not have contact with your noncustodial parent, you may complete a Noncustodial Parent Waiver Request form. Supporting documentation is required. Submit your signed form and supporting documentation to the Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC).
  • FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
    • Apply online using school code 001305
    • If your parents are divorced or separated, the parent with whom you lived for the majority of the past twelve months completes the FAFSA with you.
  • IDOC (Institutional Documentation Service)
    • Once you have submitted your CSS Profile, you will receive an email message from CSS with instructions for completing the IDOC process.
    • Submit your 2021 parent federal tax return with all schedules, attachments, W-2 forms, and other earning statements. Include personal and corporate partnership tax returns.
    • If your parents are divorced, separated, or were never married, both parents will need to submit tax documents separately. 

 

CSS Profile, FAFSA, and tax documents (IDOC) are all required for institutional scholarship consideration. If you only want to apply for federal and state financial aid programs, the CSS Profile is not required.
